CONFERENCE INTERPRETING

I work on a regular basis with companies, public authorities, NGOs and private individuals. My work focuses on marketing, port logistics, town planning, law and international development. Here is an overview of the services I offer.

Simultaneous interpreting

Simultaneous interpreting is commonly used during conferences, group meetings and training courses. The interpreter translates what the speaker is saying in real time, usually using a soundproof booth.

Consecutive interpreting

Consecutive interpreting is commonly used during conferences, group meetings and training courses. The interpreter takes notes during the speaker’s presentation and translates what has been said while the speaker waits.

Liaison interpreting

Liaison interpreting is commonly used during business or counselling meetings. The interpreter facilitates a conversation between two people (either simultaneously, whispering into the listener’s ear, or consecutively).

As a sworn interpreter, I am certified to interpret before courts, registry offices (e.g., weddings), lawyers and solicitors (incorporations, real estate transactions, etc.).
